About the role

We are a B2B SaaS company and product analytics is at the heart of how we prioritise the roadmap. We need a lead who can set up the instrumentation, own the experimentation framework, and help PMs make faster, better decisions.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product analytics stack (Amplitude + dbt + Snowflake)
  • Define and maintain core product metrics
  • Build self-serve dashboards that PMs use daily
  • Run and interpret experimentation results
  • Hire and grow a small analytics team

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product analytics
  • Experience with event tracking tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment)
  • Strong SQL and at least basic Python
  • Proven track record running A/B tests at scale
  • Able to influence roadmap conversations with data
