We are a B2B SaaS company and product analytics is at the heart of how we prioritise the roadmap. We need a lead who can set up the instrumentation, own the experimentation framework, and help PMs make faster, better decisions.
Responsibilities
Own the product analytics stack (Amplitude + dbt + Snowflake)
Define and maintain core product metrics
Build self-serve dashboards that PMs use daily
Run and interpret experimentation results
Hire and grow a small analytics team
Requirements
5+ years in product analytics
Experience with event tracking tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment)
