About the role

Our logistics product tells customers when shipments will arrive. The uncomfortable truth: sometimes we are confidently wrong. We need a product data scientist to study delivery reliability, identify where estimates break down, and help product teams decide what to show users when uncertainty is high. You'll work across product, operations, and engineering. Expect a mix of analysis, experiment design, and metric definitions.

Fully remote.

Requirements

  • - Strong product analytics background
  • - SQL fluency and practical Python skills
  • - Experience with experimentation or causal analysis
  • - Can communicate uncertainty without making the answer useless
