Product Manager — AI Writing & Content Tools

We make AI writing tools for B2B content teams — long-form content, social, and internal documents. 4,000 paying customers, growing. Our current PM just left and we've been rudderless for 8 weeks. We need someone to step in, stabilise the roadmap, work through the backlog with our engineering team, and start building a proper product discipline. This starts as a 4-month contract-to-hire because we want both sides to test the working rhythm before committing. If it's working, conversion to full-time is the plan, not a vague possibility. You know the AI writing tool landscape well — what's table stakes, what's genuinely differentiated, and what our customers actually care about vs. what they say they care about. You've shipped features with LLMs before and you know where the sharp edges are. We don't need a VP of Product. We need someone who can write a spec on Monday and be ready to review the implementation on Friday.
