About the role

The prompts you'll write will be used by compliance teams reviewing thousands of internal reports every week. Our stack is built around the OpenAI API and LangChain, orchestrated through Python scripts that route reports to the right review workflow. In this contract role you'll design, test, and iterate on prompt templates that extract the right signal from messy internal text, working closely with our internal investigations team to validate accuracy. We publish internally and encourage conference submissions, so strong results here can turn into a public case study.

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on prompt templates for internal report classification
  • Build lightweight evaluation scripts using Python and the OpenAI API
  • Collaborate with the investigations team to validate extraction accuracy

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience writing and testing prompts with the OpenAI API
  • Familiarity with LangChain for building simple orchestration flows
  • Comfortable working with sensitive internal documents under contract
