About the role

You'll be the third prompt specialist on a team of 12, working directly with our creative pipeline engineers. We already have a working generation stack producing images at scale for our clients. What's missing is a systematic approach to prompt design, evaluation, and versioning across our text-to-visual workflows. This is your role: build the prompt libraries, run structured evaluations, and turn what is currently ad-hoc into something repeatable. We publish internal writeups and encourage sharing findings with the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and version prompt templates for production generation pipelines
  • Run structured A/B evaluations comparing prompt variants
  • Document prompt patterns that reliably produce consistent output
  • Work with engineers to wire prompt libraries into the API layer
  • Track model behavior changes across provider updates

Requirements

  • 2+ years working hands-on with LLM or diffusion prompting
  • Experience with OpenAI API or comparable LLM providers
  • Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
  • Comfortable writing Python scripts to automate evaluation
  • Sharp eye for subtle output quality differences
