About the role
We are deploying LLMs across our enterprise product suite and need a dedicated prompt engineer to own the prompting layer — designing, testing, and versioning prompts for reliability and consistency in production.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and document prompts for all product AI features
- Build an internal prompt library with versioning and performance tracking
- Run A/B tests on prompt variations
- Collaborate with product and engineering on prompt integration
- Keep up with LLM capabilities and update prompts accordingly
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience engineering prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini
- Systematic approach to prompt testing and evaluation
- Able to write clear prompt specs and maintain a prompt library
- Familiarity with prompt patterns (CoT, few-shot, structured output)
- Bonus: experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
