Prompt Engineer for Legal Document Analysis

We're a LegalTech startup building an AI system that extracts key clauses, obligations, and risks from commercial contracts. We need a prompt engineer to design, test, and refine the prompts that power our extraction pipeline. We already have an OpenAI GPT-4 integration — your job is to significantly improve accuracy and reliability. Project deliverables: 1. Audit current prompts and identify failure modes 2. Design improved prompt templates with chain-of-thought reasoning 3. Build an evaluation dataset (100 contract snippets with ground truth) 4. Deliver documented prompts + evaluation scripts Legal background is not required, but experience with information extraction or document QA is a strong advantage.
