About the role
We are a regulated financial services firm operating in Germany and the Netherlands. Over the past three years we have deployed a number of UiPath automations across our back-office operations. We are now at the stage where we want to introduce AI capabilities — document understanding and intelligent decision routing — into our existing automation estate. We are looking for an engineer with solid UiPath experience and a working knowledge of AI service integration. Precision and thorough documentation matter here as much as technical skill.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new UiPath automations for back-office processes
- Integrate UiPath Document Understanding into invoice and contract processing flows
- Add AI-based decision routing to existing automations
- Monitor robot performance and resolve exceptions
- Document all automations and train the operations team
Requirements
- 2+ years UiPath RPA development (StudioX or Studio)
- Experience integrating AI services into RPA flows (Document Understanding, ML Skills)
- Able to map and automate back-office financial processes
- Strong attention to detail — financial data requires precision
- Change management skills — comfortable training end users
