About the role
We are a Series A SaaS company and need someone who owns our core product and business metrics. Not a junior role — we need someone who can build the analytics function from the ground up and challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and maintain all company KPIs
- Build and own the metrics layer in dbt
- Create weekly and monthly business review decks
- Work with PMs to instrument new product features
- Identify metric gaps and proactively flag risks
Requirements
- Strong SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs)
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, DAU/WAU/MAU)
- Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
- Data storytelling skills
- Comfort working autonomously in a small team
