About the role

We are a Series A SaaS company and need someone who owns our core product and business metrics. Not a junior role — we need someone who can build the analytics function from the ground up and challenge the status quo.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and maintain all company KPIs
  • Build and own the metrics layer in dbt
  • Create weekly and monthly business review decks
  • Work with PMs to instrument new product features
  • Identify metric gaps and proactively flag risks

Requirements

  • Strong SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, DAU/WAU/MAU)
  • Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Data storytelling skills
  • Comfort working autonomously in a small team
