About the role

Our sales team spends too much time on manual tasks. We need a specialist who can build automations for prospecting, outreach sequencing, follow-up, and CRM hygiene — making every rep 2x more efficient.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build automated prospecting and outreach sequences
  • Integrate AI personalisation into cold outreach
  • Automate CRM data entry and contact enrichment
  • Set up lead routing and assignment rules
  • Report weekly on sequence performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Experience building sales automations (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Able to build outreach sequences with personalisation at scale
  • AI experience: using GPT for prospecting research or copy generation
  • Data-driven — tracks open rates, reply rates, and pipeline generated
