Responsibilities
Build automated prospecting and outreach sequences
Integrate AI personalisation into cold outreach
Automate CRM data entry and contact enrichment
Set up lead routing and assignment rules
Report weekly on sequence performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
Experience building sales automations (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Able to build outreach sequences with personalisation at scale
AI experience: using GPT for prospecting research or copy generation
Data-driven — tracks open rates, reply rates, and pipeline generated
