About the role

Ask five teams for ARR and you should not get six answers. Right now, we do. This hire is for the person who enjoys cleaning up metric chaos, building reliable transformation layers, and making finance-sensitive reporting less political because the numbers are finally coherent.

Responsibilities

  • Rebuild trusted revenue models across billing, CRM, and product systems
  • Design tests and reconciliations for finance-critical metrics
  • Partner with FP&A and RevOps to standardise definitions
  • Improve documentation around source-of-truth logic
  • Set engineering standards for long-lived analytics models

Requirements

  • 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering
  • SQL at an advanced, production-ready level
  • Snowflake for warehousing and performance tuning
  • ETL or ELT workflow design
  • Python for validation and automation scripts
  • Tableau or similar BI awareness for downstream reporting needs
