Responsibilities

• Build pricing and discounting models for core commercial segments
• Analyse elasticity, win rates, and margin trade-offs
• Create tools that sales and finance can actually use in planning cycles
• Partner with business leaders on rollout guardrails and exceptions
• Document where pricing recommendations are strong and where human override is expected

Requirements

• 5+ years in pricing, commercial analytics, or data science
• Python for modelling and analysis
• SQL for transaction and customer data
• Scikit-learn for practical modelling pipelines
• Statistics for elasticity, experimentation, and uncertainty communication
• Pandas for feature engineering and investigation
