Senior ML Engineer

About the role

We're building the next generation of AI-powered edge intelligence for industrial hardware and need a senior engineer to own our core modeling work. Fast-moving team, big problem, we need someone who ships. You'll design and train models that run reliably on constrained devices, working closely with our systems team to get real-time inference into production hardware. Expect tight iteration loops, direct ownership of your models from prototype to deployment, and a team that measures success by what actually runs in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain training pipelines for on-device vision and sensor models
  • Optimize model architectures for latency and memory constraints
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to validate inference performance on target devices
  • Set up experiment tracking and reproducible training workflows
  • Debug production model regressions reported from the field

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping ML models to production
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and model optimization
  • Comfortable working close to hardware constraints
  • Experience with Docker and container-based deployment
  • Strong Python fundamentals and debugging skills
