We are a professional services firm that has never invested in automation. We want a consultant to come in, map our processes, identify the 5 highest-value automation opportunities, and deliver the first two within the engagement.

- Run discovery sessions with each department head
- Produce a process inventory and automation opportunity map
- Score and prioritise opportunities by value and effort
- Deliver the top 2 automations within the engagement
- Present findings and roadmap to the executive team
Requirements
Technical stack needed for this mission.
- Proven consulting experience in workflow automation
- Able to facilitate process discovery workshops with business leaders
- Hands-on with at least two automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Python)
- Able to produce a clear automation roadmap with ROI estimates
- Delivers clean handover documentation
