About the role
We are building the next generation of our product on agentic AI — workflows where multiple LLM agents collaborate to complete complex tasks autonomously. We need a developer who has shipped production agentic systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent workflows for our core product
- Integrate tools (search, code execution, APIs) into agent loops
- Build evaluation pipelines for agent output quality
- Monitor agents in production and handle edge cases
- Document agent architecture and contribute to internal best practices
Requirements
- Experience building multi-agent systems (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Strong Python and familiarity with LLM APIs
- Understanding of tool use, function calling, and memory management in agents
- Able to design reliable agentic workflows with fallbacks
- Experience evaluating agent output quality
