Scope: 30-person management consulting firm. Problem: our consultants spend roughly 2 hours per day on admin that should take 20 minutes — pulling data into slides, formatting reports, drafting follow-up emails, updating the CRM after calls.
We've experimented with ChatGPT ourselves. Useful, but unsystematic. We need someone to actually build the workflows.
Expected stack: n8n or Make for orchestration, OpenAI API for the language tasks, maybe some light Python glue. We're not trying to replace our consultants — just cut the boring stuff.
This would be part-time, ongoing. You'd start by mapping what we actually do and where the time goes, then build and test automations, then train whoever maintains them.
