About the role

Imagine having a front-row seat to how AI is actually changing business operations — not in theory, not in a research paper, but live, in companies trying to figure it out right now. That's this role. We are a consultancy that helps mid-market companies adopt AI in their operations. As an AI Business Analyst, you'll work across 3–4 client engagements at a time: mapping processes, building business cases, running capability assessments, and translating what AI can do into what these companies should actually do about it. If you're analytical, curious about AI, and want more variety than a single-company analyst role, this is worth a conversation.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

Conduct process mapping and AI opportunity assessments for clients
Build business cases for AI investments with realistic cost and benefit projections
Facilitate requirements workshops with business stakeholders
Support project delivery alongside senior consultants
Produce clear written deliverables — reports, roadmaps, and presentations

Requirements

2–4 years in business analysis, management consulting, or operations analytics
Strong structured communication — clear written outputs and confident in client meetings
Able to model business cases and ROI estimates in Excel or Google Sheets
Broad understanding of AI use cases across business functions
Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
