About the role

Every new client fills out a satisfaction survey thirty days after onboarding, and today someone skims the free-text responses once a quarter if there's time. This is a freelance engagement to build the analyzer that scores sentiment and extracts recurring complaint themes from survey responses automatically, handing the onboarding team a weekly digest instead of a spreadsheet nobody opens.

Responsibilities

  • Build a sentiment and theme extraction pipeline for survey text
  • Deliver a weekly digest of recurring complaint themes
  • Validate extracted themes against a sample of manual reads

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with text analytics in Python
  • Comfortable with a fixed-scope freelance engagement
  • Clear written documentation skills
