About the role

Our mission is to get life-saving therapies into clinical trials faster by connecting eligible patients with the right protocols. In this role you'll build matching models that compare structured patient records against complex trial eligibility criteria across dozens of active studies. Our clients include hospital networks and CROs that require full auditability of every match decision. You'll work closely with clinical operations to reduce screening time from weeks to days, directly shortening the path to new treatments reaching patients who need them.

Responsibilities

  • Design patient-trial matching models using structured EHR data
  • Validate match accuracy against clinical operations feedback
  • Document model decisions for regulatory audit trails
  • Collaborate with CROs on eligibility criteria updates

Requirements

  • 5+ years building ML models on healthcare data
  • Experience with statistics and model validation methodology
  • Familiarity with hipaa-adjacent data handling practices
