About the role

We help marketing teams figure out not just what content to write, but when to actually publish it. Halvio Tech already scores content performance and checks brand tone consistency for a growing roster of clients. Fast-moving team. Big problem. We need someone who ships. In this role you'll build the model that recommends optimal publishing schedules per client, based on historical engagement patterns and content type, feeding directly into the content calendar tool our clients use daily. You'll see your recommendations show up in real client calendars within your first few weeks, which makes this a great role for someone who wants fast feedback on their work.

Responsibilities

  • Build scheduling recommendation models from historical content engagement data
  • Integrate recommendations into the client-facing content calendar tool
  • Build Power BI reporting on scheduling recommendation performance
  • Clean and structure engagement data across multiple client accounts
  • Support senior engineers on related content strategy automation features

Requirements

  • Python, SQL, and pandas fundamentals
  • Interest in marketing analytics and content strategy
  • Power BI or similar dashboarding experience
  • Comfort working with client-facing production features
  • 0-2 years experience welcome
