About the role

As a fully async team with content strategists across 7 time zones, we've built strong content generation tooling. What we're missing is a systematic workflow for taking a single long-form asset — a podcast episode, a webinar, a research report — and repurposing it into 12+ derivative formats (social clips, blog posts, email digests, slide decks) without quality loss. In this freelance engagement, you'll architect and implement that repurposing workflow using LLM pipelines. You'll design the content segmentation logic, build the format-specific prompt chains for each output type, develop the quality scoring system that flags outputs needing human review, and wire everything together into a lightweight orchestration layer that a non-technical content team can operate. This is a 3-month engagement with a single, clear deliverable: a working content repurposing pipeline in production. If you've built LLM-powered content automation workflows before, you'll know exactly what this entails. We move fast and trust contractors to own their delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design content segmentation logic for long-form asset parsing
  • Build format-specific prompt chains for social, blog, email, and slide outputs
  • Develop quality scoring system that flags outputs for human review
  • Wire pipeline components into an orchestration layer operable by non-technical teams
  • Deliver documentation, runbook, and handoff session at project close

Requirements

  • 3+ years building LLM-powered automation workflows
  • Strong Python and LangChain skills
  • Experience with prompt engineering for content transformation tasks
  • Ability to scope and deliver autonomously within a fixed contract timeline
  • Portfolio of shipped LLM pipeline projects preferred
