AI Creative Brief Generation Specialist

About the role

Tolvex Studio's creative teams spend hours each week writing creative briefs before they can start producing assets. The brief is essential — it defines the tone, audience, format, channel constraints, and reference examples — but generating it from a campaign intake form is repetitive work that should be automated. In this junior role, you'll build the prompt chains and LLM workflows that transform campaign intake data into well-structured creative briefs. You'll work with our creative directors to understand what makes a brief useful, iterate on prompt templates, and wire the generation pipeline into the Tolvex Studio platform via a FastAPI endpoint. This is a first job in AI engineering for the right candidate. You don't need years of experience — you need a working understanding of LLM APIs, strong writing instincts, and the ability to evaluate whether a generated brief would actually be useful to a creative team. Regular pairing with a senior engineer is built into the role.

Responsibilities

  • Build prompt chains that transform campaign intake data into structured creative briefs
  • Iterate on prompt templates based on creative director feedback
  • Own the FastAPI endpoint that integrates brief generation into the Tolvex platform
  • Evaluate brief quality against creative team usability criteria
  • Maintain prompt version history and A/B testing records

Requirements

  • Basic Python skills
  • Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
  • Strong writing instincts and ability to evaluate text quality
  • Interest in creative production, marketing, or advertising
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts is a plus
