AI Creative Fatigue Forecasting Analyst

About the role

We serve more than 150 direct-to-consumer brands, and they all share one frustration: an ad that performs beautifully in week one quietly dies by week three, and nobody notices until the budget is gone. Farion Data wants to forecast that fatigue before it shows up in the cost-per-acquisition numbers. In this role you'll model performance decay across Meta, TikTok and YouTube creatives, figure out which signals predict burnout (frequency, audience overlap, hook retention), and turn the output into recommendations that a media buyer can act on in Monday's planning meeting. You'll work closely with our client strategy team, so explaining results clearly matters as much as the model.

Responsibilities

  • Build decay curves and fatigue forecasts for paid social creatives across channels
  • Partner with client strategists to turn forecasts into refresh and rotation recommendations
  • Maintain Snowflake models and Tableau dashboards used by 40+ account managers
  • Run holdout tests to prove the forecasts actually save spend

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with marketing performance data and attribution concepts
  • Strong SQL and Python; comfortable with survival or time-series modelling
  • Able to present analysis to commercial teams without hiding behind jargon
  • Experience with Snowflake and Tableau is a strong plus
