About the role

Stock footage, licensed music, and third-party assets show up in nearly every campaign we ship, and right now clearing rights depends on someone remembering to check a spreadsheet before launch. This is a contract engagement to build the tracker that flags any campaign asset missing a valid rights clearance before it goes live, working closely with our legal counsel on what counts as a violation worth blocking.

Responsibilities

  • Build a tracker flagging campaign assets missing rights clearance
  • Maintain a registry of licensed asset terms and expirations
  • Work with legal counsel to define blocking thresholds

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working with content or asset management systems
  • Comfortable with a fixed-scope contract engagement
  • Detail-oriented approach to licensing data
