About the role

You'll be the second analyst on a team of six working directly with city transportation departments on curb management pilots. Our stack combines geospatial data pipelines, Spark for processing sensor feeds, and Tableau for the dashboards city planners actually use. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints and clear ownership, translating curb usage patterns from ride-share pickups, deliveries, and parking into recommendations cities can act on. It's interesting work because the recommendations you ship get discussed in actual city council meetings, not just internal roadmap reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze curb usage patterns from ride-share, delivery, and parking data
  • Build dashboards city planners use for curb policy decisions
  • Maintain geospatial data pipelines processing sensor feeds
  • Present findings directly to city transportation stakeholders
  • Support pilot design for new curb management policies

Requirements

  • 5+ years in geospatial analytics or urban mobility data
  • Strong SQL and Spark experience
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar tools
  • Comfortable presenting to public sector stakeholders
  • Willingness to work on-site with the city partnerships team
