About the role

Our clients include Fortune 500 procurement and enterprise IT departments that need a rigorous, defensible ROI case before approving seven-figure AI contracts. At Xalto Tech, we build the analytical infrastructure that our enterprise sales team uses to close those deals — and right now, that infrastructure needs a serious upgrade. In this senior contract role, you'll build the ROI modeling framework used in enterprise sales conversations. That means developing customer-specific value models, building the data collection workflow for baseline metrics, and creating Tableau outputs that our pre-sales engineers can walk clients through in real time. The models need to hold up under CFO-level scrutiny — not just appeal to a VP of Engineering. This is a 6-month engagement with potential to convert to full-time. The right candidate has done enterprise ROI analysis in a B2B software context, understands how finance teams evaluate vendor proposals, and produces outputs that are both rigorous and visually persuasive.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer-specific ROI value models for enterprise AI contract sales
  • Develop baseline data collection workflows for pre-sales engagements
  • Create Tableau-based ROI presentation outputs for the pre-sales engineering team
  • Partner with enterprise account executives on deal-specific value quantification
  • Build and maintain a library of industry-specific ROI benchmarks

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise analytics, management consulting, or pre-sales engineering
  • Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau
  • Experience producing outputs for CFO or board-level audiences
  • Background in B2B enterprise software sales is required
