About the role

We're building voice AI products that process a lot of sensitive audio data, and keeping that data properly governed is not optional. Fast-moving team, real compliance stakes. We need a part-time junior analyst to help track data lineage and access records across our voice datasets using Python, Pandas, and SQL. You'll work directly with the data governance lead rather than getting lost in a large team, with real visibility into how a voice AI company keeps its data practices clean. This is a flexible part-time role suited to someone building experience alongside other commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Track data lineage and access records for voice datasets
  • Write SQL queries to audit data access and retention
  • Clean and organize governance records using Python and Pandas
  • Flag potential data handling issues to the governance lead
  • Maintain documentation of governance processes

Requirements

  • Basic working knowledge of Python, Pandas, and SQL
  • Interest in data governance and privacy practices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Available for part-time, flexible remote hours
  • 0-2 years of experience in a data-related role
