About the role

As a fully async team spread across 9 time zones, we believe great engineers can build reliable systems without ever sharing an office. Our team ships the deployment tooling that dozens of AI platform teams use to ship models safely. Right now, every rollback and canary failure needs a human to write a runbook from scratch under pressure. You'll build the system that auto-generates incident runbooks from deployment metadata and historical incidents, so on-call engineers get a starting point in seconds instead of writing one from memory at 3am.

Responsibilities

  • Build auto-generation pipelines for incident runbooks
  • Mine historical deployment incidents for reusable patterns
  • Partner with on-call engineers to validate runbook usefulness
  • Integrate runbook generation into existing deployment tooling

Requirements

  • 5+ years in MLOps or platform engineering
  • Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience
  • Experience with incident response and on-call processes
  • Comfortable working fully async
