AI Deprecated Endpoint Usage Tracker

About the role

You'll be the second infra engineer on a team of six, working directly with the API platform lead. We already track which endpoints exist, but we have no visibility into who's still calling deprecated ones before we shut them off. Big problem, fast-moving team — this role builds the usage tracker that warns integration partners before their calls start failing. You'll spend most of your time in log data and partner-facing dashboards, not research.

Responsibilities

  • Build deprecated-endpoint usage dashboards from API log data
  • Set up automated warnings for partners still on old endpoints
  • Work with the platform lead to prioritize sunset timelines

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with Python and SQL
  • Basic familiarity with API log analysis
  • Comfortable working directly with a small team
