AI Event Sponsorship ROI Analyst

Lucas Sato

Full-time · Job · New_York

About the role

We just closed our Series B and are scaling our field marketing spend fast, which means event sponsorship decisions can no longer be based on gut feel and last year's attendance numbers. We need an analyst to own the model that scores sponsorship opportunities against pipeline generated, cost per lead, and downstream deal conversion. You'll work with the field marketing team to define which signals actually predict a good sponsorship, and turn them into a scoring framework the marketing leadership team trusts enough to cut underperforming events without a lengthy debate. Expect defined sprints, clear ownership, and a direct line to the VP of Marketing.

  • Own the event sponsorship ROI scoring model end to end
  • Partner with field marketing to define and validate ROI signals
  • Build Power BI dashboards marketing leadership reviews each quarter

  • Strong statistics background and comfort with attribution modeling
