About the role

We advise organizations that use AI in high-stakes decisions such as hiring, lending, healthcare and public services. Our governance tools are mature, but clients need more than tools. With the EU AI Act moving into enforcement, they need someone to help them design governance programs that are practical, not just compliant on paper. You'll lead strategy for these engagements, shape our service offering and work with product to turn recurring client needs into features. This starts as a nine-month contract and is intended to convert to a permanent leadership role.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI governance program design for enterprise and public-sector clients
  • Translate EU AI Act and related requirements into operating models and controls
  • Shape our advisory offering and pricing with leadership
  • Partner with product to turn client needs into governance features

Requirements

  • Senior experience in AI governance, risk or responsible AI programs
  • Deep knowledge of the EU AI Act and related standards
  • Technical enough to discuss model evaluation with data scientists
  • Comfortable leading executive workshops
