AI Governance & Risk Consultant — Banking Sector

European retail bank. We have 9 ML models in production — credit scoring, fraud detection, customer churn and a few others. Our risk department has flagged that we have no formal AI governance framework, and our regulator (ECB) has started asking questions. We need an AI governance consultant to: 1. Map our current AI inventory and risk classification under the EU AI Act 2. Design our model risk management framework 3. Define explainability standards for customer-facing decisions 4. Prepare us for a regulatory review This is a 3-month engagement. We need someone who understands both the technical side of ML and the regulatory environment, because we have plenty of people who only understand one of the two.
