About the role

We serve manufacturing clients who care about defect rates, not marketing jargon, so our own growth marketing has to be just as data-driven as the vision systems we sell them. You'll join a small growth team that owns campaign measurement end to end, working closely with sales and product marketing. Our product is technical and our buyers are engineers, so the growth insights you generate need to hold up under scrutiny from a skeptical audience. We don't care where you work from. We care about clear analysis, honest reporting, and campaigns that earn their budget back.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build SQL-based reporting for growth and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards for the marketing team
  • Apply statistical methods to validate campaign performance claims
  • Partner with sales on lead quality and conversion analysis
  • Report growth metrics honestly, including what isn't working

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth or marketing analytics
  • Solid SQL and dashboarding skills
  • Working understanding of statistics for campaign analysis
  • Experience with technical, engineer-focused audiences a plus
  • Comfortable working fully remote with a distributed team
