About the role

We run over 600 inspection cameras across a dozen facilities, and a camera drifting out of calibration silently degrades every defect model that relies on it. This role builds the scheduler that predicts when each camera needs recalibration based on drift signals and usage patterns, working on-site with facility technicians to validate the maintenance windows it generates.

Responsibilities

  • Build a predictive scheduler for inspection camera recalibration
  • Model drift signals to predict maintenance timing
  • Work on-site with technicians to validate maintenance windows

Requirements

  • 3+ years working with sensor or equipment monitoring systems
  • Comfortable working on-site across multiple facilities
  • Solid Python and SQL fundamentals
