Responsibilities

  • Build ETL pipelines that normalize broker statement formats
  • Own automated reconciliation logic between statements and policy records
  • Partner with finance to validate discrepancy flags before payout cycles
  • Maintain data quality checks across the reconciliation pipeline

Requirements

  • 4+ years building production ETL pipelines
  • Strong SQL and Python for data engineering work
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses
  • Insurance or financial services background a plus
