About the role
We are adding AI capabilities to our existing SaaS product and need an integration engineer who can connect our platform to LLM APIs, vector stores, and third-party AI services — reliably and at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with LLM providers
- Design reliable pipelines for prompt → response → action flows
- Implement retry logic, fallbacks, and cost monitoring for API calls
- Work with product to define AI feature specs
- Document integration architecture and maintain runbooks
Requirements
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
- Strong Python and REST API development
- Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant)
- Able to write production-quality integration code with tests
