About the role

We are adding AI capabilities to our existing SaaS product and need an integration engineer who can connect our platform to LLM APIs, vector stores, and third-party AI services — reliably and at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain integrations with LLM providers
  • Design reliable pipelines for prompt → response → action flows
  • Implement retry logic, fallbacks, and cost monitoring for API calls
  • Work with product to define AI feature specs
  • Document integration architecture and maintain runbooks

Requirements

  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
  • Strong Python and REST API development
  • Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant)
  • Able to write production-quality integration code with tests
