About the role

What would it take to schedule internal audits around both auditor workload and real risk, instead of a spreadsheet that ignores both? Our clients include Fortune 500 companies with strict internal audit cycles, and today audit scheduling is done in spreadsheets that ignore auditor workload and risk priority. This role builds the optimizer that schedules audits around both constraints. You'll work on-site with the audit operations team that will use this daily.

Responsibilities

  • Build a scheduling optimizer balancing auditor workload and risk
  • Work on-site with audit operations to validate constraints
  • Maintain the optimization model as audit policy changes

Requirements

  • 3+ years with optimization or scheduling systems
  • Comfortable working on-site with a compliance team
  • Solid Python and statistics fundamentals
