About the role

The loyalty programs you'll help evaluate influence spending decisions for over two million members every month. We need someone early in their analytics career who can dig into redemption data and tell us, honestly, which reward tiers actually drive incremental revenue and which ones are just costing us margin. Your findings go straight into quarterly planning decks for program leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze loyalty program redemption data to estimate incremental ROI
  • Build Power BI dashboards tracking tier performance over time
  • Support quarterly reviews with clear, defensible analysis
  • Flag reward tiers that underperform relative to their cost

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in analytics or a related field
  • Working knowledge of SQL and either Python or R
  • Comfortable building dashboards in Power BI
  • Strong written communication for non-technical stakeholders
