About the role

You'll be the second marketing ops hire on a team of five, working directly with our growth lead to keep campaign data clean and trustworthy. Right now, reporting takes half a day to assemble by hand. Your job is to shrink that to minutes by building reliable dashboards and query pipelines that the whole team can trust. It's a contract role with real scope: you'll own the reporting layer end to end, not just fix one broken spreadsheet.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SQL queries feeding weekly marketing dashboards
  • Validate campaign data against source systems for accuracy
  • Create Tableau dashboards for leadership review
  • Flag anomalies in spend or conversion data early

Requirements

  • 1+ years working with SQL and marketing data
  • Familiarity with Tableau or a comparable BI tool
  • Comfortable with basic statistics for campaign analysis
  • Detail-oriented and communicative about data quality issues
