About the role
We have deployed several AI tools across the company and need someone to own the operational layer — monitoring usage, managing API costs, handling failures, onboarding teams, and continuously improving our AI toolset.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all company AI tool usage and API costs
- Set up cost alerts and usage dashboards
- Onboard teams to new AI tools and maintain adoption metrics
- Handle API failures and coordinate with vendors on incidents
- Evaluate new AI tools and make adoption recommendations
Requirements
- 2+ years in operations or DevOps with AI tools exposure
- Familiarity with AI APIs and LLM cost management
- Comfort with dashboards and alert systems
- Able to write basic automation scripts in Python
- Strong written communication for internal documentation
