About the role

We have deployed several AI tools across the company and need someone to own the operational layer — monitoring usage, managing API costs, handling failures, onboarding teams, and continuously improving our AI toolset.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all company AI tool usage and API costs
  • Set up cost alerts and usage dashboards
  • Onboard teams to new AI tools and maintain adoption metrics
  • Handle API failures and coordinate with vendors on incidents
  • Evaluate new AI tools and make adoption recommendations

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations or DevOps with AI tools exposure
  • Familiarity with AI APIs and LLM cost management
  • Comfort with dashboards and alert systems
  • Able to write basic automation scripts in Python
  • Strong written communication for internal documentation
