AI Player Lifecycle Marketing Strategist

About the role

You'll join a cross-functional squad at Pelvex Tech with two-week sprints, clear ownership and a weekly sync with the head of growth. We make mid-core mobile games played by about three million people a month, and we already have strong churn and spending models. What we lack is someone who turns those model outputs into lifecycle marketing that players don't find annoying: re-engagement offers, event reminders, onboarding nudges. You'll design segments using our predictive scores, plan experiments, and work with the CRM and live-ops teams to run them. Hybrid role, two days a week in our Stockholm studio.

Responsibilities

  • Design player segments from churn, spend and engagement model scores
  • Plan and analyze lifecycle experiments across push, email and in-game messaging
  • Partner with live-ops to align campaigns with in-game events
  • Report campaign impact on retention and revenue to the growth leadership team

Requirements

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle or performance marketing, ideally in gaming or consumer apps
  • Comfortable with SQL and reading model outputs critically
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance
  • Fluent English; Swedish is not required
