About the role

Have you ever wanted to build AI systems that actually shorten how long an angry policyholder waits on hold? Complaints today land in a shared inbox and get triaged by whoever happens to check it first, which means urgent ones sometimes sit for days. This role builds the router that reads incoming complaints and sends them straight to the team that can actually resolve them, cutting resolution time and keeping regulators off our back.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build a classification and routing system for policyholder complaints
  • Tune routing accuracy against historical resolution data
  • Report weekly on routing performance to operations leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years building classification or routing systems
  • Insurance or regulated-industry experience is a plus
  • Available for a focused contract engagement
