AI-Powered Growth Analyst

We're a SaaS company that just crossed 10k paying customers and we want to accelerate growth from 10k to 50k without increasing CAC. We need a growth analyst who knows how to use AI and automation to identify lever points, run experiments faster, and extract insights from our product data. This is not a traditional analyst role. We want someone who writes Python scripts to automate their own analysis, uses LLMs to synthesise user feedback at scale, and thinks about growth as a system to be optimised.
