AI Product Manager, Incident Intelligence

About the role

We closed our Series B in August and our incident management platform now runs inside 600 engineering organizations. The next chapter is moving from 'AI that helps during an incident' to 'AI that prevents the next one', and we need a product manager to own that roadmap. You'll define what our incident intelligence features should do, decide where LLMs genuinely help and where rules are safer, and work with a squad of six engineers and a designer. You'll talk to SREs every week, and you'll be measured on whether teams actually resolve incidents faster.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for incident summarization, similar-incident search and prevention insights
  • Run discovery interviews with SRE and platform teams at least weekly
  • Define evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering before anything ships
  • Partner with sales and customer success on launches and adoption tracking

Requirements

  • Senior product management experience on developer tools or infrastructure products
  • Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature and can explain its failure modes
  • Comfortable querying product data in SQL on your own
  • Background in on-call or SRE work is a strong plus
