About the role

Students disengage from adaptive learning tools within the first two weeks far more often than our data suggests they should, and nobody on the team currently owns fixing that. We believe every student deserves a learning experience that adapts to them, not the other way around. This role owns the roadmap for our engagement and retention features end to end, from identifying the problem in the data to shipping the fix and measuring whether it actually worked.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for student engagement and retention features
  • Dig into usage data to identify where students disengage
  • Partner with engineering and design on feature scoping
  • Define success metrics and track them post-launch
  • Present quarterly product reviews to leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally on data-driven products
  • Strong SQL skills for independent data exploration
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting
  • Comfortable using statistics to validate product hypotheses
  • Prior edtech experience is a plus but not required
