AI Product Strategy Lead, Generative Design Tools

About the role

Designers at our customers include 30-person agencies and in-house teams at large retailers, and they all share the same fear about generative tools: losing control of the brand. Nolvex Studio builds design system tooling, and we're expanding into generative layouts and component suggestions. Before we build more, we need a strategy lead who can define where generative AI belongs in a designer's workflow, which bets to make in the next 18 months, and how to price them. You'll report to the CEO and work across product, design research and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

  • Define the 18-month strategy for generative features across our product line
  • Run research with design leads to identify where AI saves real time
  • Model pricing and packaging options for AI features
  • Partner with engineering on feasibility and evaluation before roadmap commitments

Requirements

  • Senior product or strategy experience in design or creative software
  • Clear understanding of what current generative models can and cannot do
  • Track record of turning research into roadmap decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences
