AI Referral Program Growth Analyst

About the role

Our referral program brings in a third of new signups, but we've never modeled why some users refer five friends and others refer none. That gap is costing us growth we're not even measuring properly. You'll build the analysis layer that finally answers this: segmenting referring users by behavior, testing which product moments trigger referral activity, and working with the growth pod to turn those findings into experiments we can ship within weeks, not quarters. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with leadership, reporting directly into the Head of Growth alongside one other analyst and two engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Build behavioral segmentation models for referral program participants
  • Design and analyze A/B tests tied to referral triggers
  • Partner with product to translate findings into shippable experiments
  • Maintain Tableau reporting for referral program health metrics
  • Present findings in weekly growth pod syncs

Requirements

  • Experience with SQL and pandas for behavioral data analysis
  • Comfort designing and interpreting A/B tests
  • Statistics background sufficient to validate experiment significance
  • Tableau or equivalent BI tool experience
  • Prior growth or lifecycle marketing analytics experience preferred
