AI Regenerative Agriculture Impact Analyst

About the role

Our mission is to make sustainability claims verifiable instead of just marketable, and regenerative agriculture is one of the hardest categories to prove out. Farms report soil health improvements using wildly inconsistent methods, which makes it nearly impossible for buyers to compare suppliers fairly. You'll build the analysis layer that standardizes soil carbon, water retention, and biodiversity metrics across farm reports so our clients can benchmark suppliers on equal footing. This work directly feeds procurement decisions at several food brands, so accuracy matters more than speed here.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize soil health metrics across inconsistent farm data sources
  • Build benchmarking models comparing suppliers on equal footing
  • Present findings directly to client procurement teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years in environmental, agricultural, or sustainability data science
  • Strong r or python statistical modeling background
  • Comfortable working with messy, inconsistent source data
