About the role

The EU AI Act just changed the game for every company deploying AI in Europe. Our clients — mostly mid-size SaaS companies — need help figuring out whether their AI systems are high-risk, what documentation they need, and how to build the compliance infrastructure to satisfy regulators. This part-time role (20h/week) is for someone who reads regulatory text for breakfast and can translate it into actionable technical requirements by lunch. You'll audit client AI systems for compliance gaps, draft risk assessments, and help build the templates and checklists that make ongoing compliance manageable. Ideal for someone with a compliance or legal tech background who wants to specialize in AI regulation while maintaining flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Audit client AI systems against EU AI Act requirements
  • Draft risk assessments and compliance documentation
  • Build reusable compliance templates and assessment checklists
  • Track evolving AI regulatory landscape and update guidance accordingly
  • Present compliance findings and recommendations to client leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years in compliance, legal tech, or regulatory affairs
  • Understanding of EU AI Act and related regulatory frameworks
  • Python and SQL skills for data analysis
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
  • Available for 20 hours/week
