AI Regulatory Examiner Response Coordinator

About the role

Our mission is to make internal compliance investigations fair and fast for the employees caught up in them. We already have a working ethics hotline triage system and an audit trail platform that regulators trust. What's missing is a coordinated way to assemble examiner response packets when a regulator opens an inquiry — right now that process is spread across six spreadsheets and three inboxes. In this role you'll build the system that assembles evidence, timelines and prior correspondence into a single examiner-ready packet, cutting response time from weeks to days for the compliance teams who rely on us.

Responsibilities

  • Build automated evidence assembly pipelines for regulatory inquiries
  • Design timeline reconciliation logic across multiple case systems
  • Partner with compliance officers to validate packet completeness
  • Maintain audit logs for every generated response packet

Requirements

  • 3+ years in compliance, legal tech or regulatory automation
  • Strong SQL and data pipeline experience
  • Understanding of regulatory examination processes a plus
  • Comfortable working with sensitive internal investigation data
